Paid Un~Coaching is agreed separately before work begins. If there is any difference between these website terms and a written agreement for a specific piece of work, the written agreement applies to that work.

Nature Of The Work

Un~Coaching is a conversational space. It is not medical advice, psychotherapy, counselling, or a regulated health service. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from a qualified health professional. If you are in distress or need clinical support, please contact an appropriate service.

Payments, Cancellation, And Refunds

If you engage in paid services, the fee, what is included, and how to pay will be agreed before the work begins.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom and you book at a distance (including by email or this website), you may have a 14 day cooling off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel in that period, write to support@parmbains.com.

If you ask us to begin within those 14 days, and you agree that we may do so, you may lose the right to a full refund for work already carried out. After that, refunds are not provided unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, or the law requires it.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Limitation Of Liability

This website is provided as it is. We take care with the content, but we do not warrant that it is complete or uninterrupted.

We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss of profit, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the website.
